I emailed Beth for more information regarding the legal factors and the running of the photobooth. I attended the managers meeting, everyone was present including Beth to discuss the running of the fundraiser as a whole. During this time I have taken on board everything that has been discussed and any suggestions that were made I have taken back to the Photobooth team to put up for further discussion.
