Concerns arising during the Enterprise Activity (Scott)

There has been concerns arisen with the fact that the events class has joined our mini festival and a few of the groups have raised concerns about  fact that  events are doing the same ideas as one of the groups already in place for the event.
Concerns will be brought up at the management meeting on 17/05/17.
